​The pre-wash cycle adds water into the tub, agitates, and spins the water out. Now if you are wondering “How does the pre-wash cycle work?”, well it is pretty simple.
 
The pre-wash cycle is used to loosen debris and dirt from your clothing, and it gives that extra wash that is needed to extra soiled clothing. When the pre-wash cycle is finished, the washing tub will fill with a new and fresh load of water to resume the normal washing cycle.



How Long Does the Pre-Wash Cycle Take?

This new added feature is meant to take just under 5 minutes of extra time. This may seem hardly worth it, right? Wrong! This extra time does wonders for your clothing, removing and loosening hard to remove debris and dirt. This means that when it moves on to the normal washing cycle, it has less dirt to remove and will get your clothes cleaner.
